Just fruit, a drop of kefir and a handful of hemp. Man, blenders are great first thing on a busy morning!

I took about a cup of both organic, frozen blueberries and raspberries along with maybe 1/4 Cup of plain milk kefir to blend it all smooth.
So, if you’re making for more than one, this is so easy to double or beyond.
Into a bowl it went to get topped with another handful of fruit, a fig to be pretty, and a generous sprinkling of hemp seeds for texture and to help absorb my vitamins.
